STRENGTH
Build lean muscle tone, improved metabolism and enhance bone density. Our strength movements boots joint stability and flexibility, while reducing the risk of injury. Using weights and the power of our own body weight is an amazing tool for promoting both physical and mental health.
CARDIO
Heighten your coordination and agility, elevated mood and reduces stress. Boost cardiovascular health, enhance endurance and increase lymphatic drainage, all through small quick dynamic cardio burst.
TONE
Improved overall body awareness and strength, enhanced flexibility and better posture. Controlled movements help tone muscles without adding bulk, resulting in a leaner physique.
GFS BREAKDOWN
Gabi’s Fitness was designed to eliminate the hassle of working out, making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone. With just a few pieces of equipment–primarily light hand weights and ankle weights–we also offer the flexibility to incorporate medium to heavy weights and booty bands ranging from light to heavy resistance.
These versatile tools enhance our dynamic full body workout. Keep in mind that improvisation is encouraged, allowing you to tailor each exercise to suit your own needs and preferences. The structure and technique of the routine is thoughtfully crafted to minimize distractions, helping you reconnect with your body and find your flow.
PRE AND POST NATAL TIPS:
Replace Jumps: Swap standing jumps for squat pulses or isolated tap outs to lower impact.
Modify Planks: For mountain climbers and plank exercises, do a hand plank on your knees
Ab Finisher: Feel free to skip the ab finisher and choose a 5-minute stretch, glute or arm video.
Above all, prioritize modifications that feel right for your body, and consult your doctor first.
