GFS Breakdown

Gabi’s Fitness was designed to eliminate the hassle of working out, making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone. With just a few pieces of equipment–primarily light hand weights and ankle weights–we also offer the flexibility to incorporate medium to heavy weights and booty bands ranging from light to heavy resistance. 

These versatile tools enhance our dynamic full body workout. Keep in mind that improvisation is encouraged, allowing you to tailor each exercise to suit your own needs and preferences. The structure and technique of the routine is thoughtfully crafted to minimize distractions, helping you reconnect with your body and find your flow. 

PRE AND POST NATAL TIPS: 

  1. Replace Jumps: Swap standing jumps for squat pulses or isolated tap outs to lower impact.

  2. Modify Planks: For mountain climbers and plank exercises, do a hand plank on your knees 

  3. Ab Finisher: Feel free to skip the ab finisher and choose a 5-minute stretch, glute or arm video. 

  4. Above all, prioritize modifications that feel right for your body, and consult your doctor first.

Gabrielle is a certified fitness instructor with a strong foundation in functional flow– “After years of frustration trying to find the right workout–options were either too easy or too challenging–I decided to take matters into my own hands. This journey led me to develop Gabi’s Fitness, a full body workout specifically designed to help you tone, balance and connect with your body”


With years of experience, Gabi has learned a lot of her teachings from shadowing and working next to top trainers at renowned gyms in Montreal Canada, like Adrenaline Performance and Vic Park - However, Gabi is most recognized for founding her own studio, Gabi's Fitness Studio in 2016- since 2021 Gabi has gone mobile sharing her love for fitness from door to door, all while developing a loyal following on GabisFitness.com where you can find an array of full body videos.


Through her dedication to one-on-one and group training, Gabi has nurtured countless clients, building a reputation for excellence in the fitness community.
